The Marquess Who Loved Me (Muses of Mayfair, #3)The Marquess Who Loved Me by Sara Ramsey
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

5 star read!!

Sara Ramsey artfully sculpts the written word!
Her writing is so emotional stirring you can barely catch your breath.
Reading this book was like falling in love with reading all over again! You know that moment where you never want the story to end. Nick and Ellie lovers in youth, but neither fought for what they both wanted...each other.
This fast moving crescendo has you riding every emotion possible right up to the end!
I was utterly amazed at every turn.. The hate filled revenge Nick wanted to serve Ellie was a tangible thing.. you could feel his rage and hurt. All the while understanding why Ellie forced him away. The ebb and flow between these two was simply fantastic.. Each moment was so carefully played out...let us not leave out the hot passionate nights shared. They say making up is the best part about fighting. Now imagine a 10 year grudge and how steamy the atonement can be...
So much excitement and drama... I read loads of Historical Romance but Sara Ramsey has a strong sense of telling a story that you hang on every word...and just eating it up!!

Dancing with the Duke (Landing a Lord, #0.5)Dancing with the Duke by Suzanna Medeiros
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Childhood crushes can lead to adult infatuation especially for Charlotte.. Who wholeheartedly plans on ensnaring Alex. Alex, being her best friend's brother and forever crush!!

I just finished Loving the Marquess.. Loved it soo much I looked up more book from Suzanna Medeiros..Low and behold I found this one for free no less.

The novella was a perfect length for a romance to bloom in. The romance was touching and loving.. I mean these two had years of history. With Charlotte being a family friend they practically grew up together. I do believe timing is everything! Great read I look forward on more books from this fantastic articulate author!!

Loving the Marquess (Landing a Lord, #1)Loving the Marquess by Suzanna Medeiros

Being a true lover of Historical Romance, this book was exceptional!!

Circumstance brought them together..

Louisa, struggling with difficult choices to make for her family. She wouldn't be sacrificing too much by marrying Nicolas the Marquess of Overlea. Even though they just met and his family did robber her of her former home.
Nicolas suffering from an illness plaguing the men in his family for years, needs an heir. With his back against the wall he takes finding a wife into his own hands.
Needing an heir and being afraid to father one, really doesn't sit well with the Marquess. But that is what friends are for, right?? When in doubt of passing off a terrible fate on your own child.. have a friend impregnate your new wife. It all sounds ingenious in your own mind..

The plot to this romance was smart and fun to read!! The characters were well developed I easily fell in love with most of the players introduced in the story. They each brought something to the table. something substantial! . I wanted to hear about them as well as the Louisa and Nicolas. The writing was not overly descriptive and the romance was HOT!! LOVED IT!!

Her Mad HatterHer Mad Hatter by Marie Hall
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

After reading to review Hook's Pan I was totaly interested in the Kingdom Series!

Hatter on the verge of being completely bonkers can't stand taking his chances on loving another Alice. Getting lost in his madness from being scorned by the first Alice who only wanted his power not his heart!

Alice Wu 3rd Generation, Has a corkey way of living and completely adores Wonderland and the Hatter..all from reading the traditional book Alice in Wonderland. So in love is she that she opens up her own Cupcakery a tribute to her obsession.
The question remains when facing the one thing or in this case person you want most to be real...What will she do? Her very own sizzling hot Hatter in the flesh.
Will she grab hold of the opportunity at love??

I found that Marie Hall's Kingdom series is a quick go to when looking for a really good read!! I have read about 2 a day. They each have loads of appeal!! Romance, Alpha males on the naughty side.. and they fall hard for their much needed mate. This rendition of Alice in Wonderland..being there were many Alice's brought in to fill the role, I loved that spin on the original tale!! The way Wonderland is portrayed is witty funny and nonsensical..as it should be~

Hook, Line and Forever..

Hook's Pan (Kingdom, #5)Hook's Pan by Marie Hall
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Bad Boys need a happy ending too don't ya think??

Well Sexy, take no prisoners James Hook is no exception. After a tragic separation from his soul mate right before their wedding, how could he ever love again. His narrow vision is solely on Peter Pan and inflicting as much pain as he can muster.

Then we have Trishelle Page...where to start with this blonde bombshell.
Having a loved one ripped away from her has left her jaded and dissevered from real relationships. Her up and coming role as Peter Pan is cut short with a short sabbatical to the real Neverland..right at Hook's feet.

Marie Hall's Bad Boy fairy tale was easy to enjoy. With her humor and dynamic way of recreating Neverland you will be entranced! The connection between Hook and Trishelle you can't help but root for them. I loved the opposing look at Peter Pan as well I think it is a much more accurate way to perceive him...loved how the story unfolded.

Beauty and the Wolf (The Cursed Princes, #1)Beauty and the Wolf by Marina Myles
My rating: 2 of 5 stars

I thought the spin on a fairy tale classic was a fantastic idea.
Isabella and Draven's story started out really strong for me. Somewhere in the middle it fizzled out, I found it kinda predictable.
Isabella's looks for clues "bam" there is the key. She confront Draven and he pours it all on her. I feel the story just leaked at the seams. All the really important stuff came soooo easily, Isabella's father has mental issues well I have an appointment with the very same man who discovered it.
The romance was well written with the exception it didn't have an emotional response. It wasn't exciting or titillating..
Just trying to be honest, I had high hopes for the book.
I am curious about the rest of the series. I wish the author a successful career.

Redeemed (The MacKay's #2)Redeemed by Kerrigan Byrne
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Death shouldn't be able to stop love from happening right?? After a brutal death by fire Kylah becomes a Banshee. Drawn to a dark cavern following the sadness and anger she felt, leads her to her future. Well actually a savagely beautiful Druid with a penchant for revenge.

Daroch is lead through life by logic and a scientific way of thinking. He is dead set on being the master of his own fate. After his hard lesson learned in life, he will have his vengeance on those who imprisoned him. His sanctuary is definitely disrupted by the beautiful and brilliant Banshee. Only together they can over come the past transgressions that would have consumed them.

I just LOVE Highland romances, and Kerrigan Byrne is an author easy to love. Her stories include berserkers, shifters and now Banshees with her own personal flair thrown in the mix. Things you can count on in her writing would be: Action,Love, Sexy Highland men, Beautiful strong women, and some HOT one on one time with the two.

I have never been disappointed with any of her books, and even better you don't have to read them in order, to know what is going on!!
